This month, the staff in Women*s Student Services celebrated our office's FIRST BIRTHDAY! As we look back on our first official year on campus, we have much to be grateful for, amidst unprecedented challenges.
We are first and foremost thankful for the undergraduate and graduate students who engaged with us, whether through the WILD Wednesday leadership series or the WILD Conference, or as a WSS Intern, or affiliated student group member. Students are the reason Women*s STUDENT Services was created, after all!
We imagine the various engagement opportunities we initiated this year contributed to student achievement of a variety of skills, abilities, and competencies, but we are looking for concrete and specific evidence. As we work to recap the year in our forthcoming Annual Report, we want to hear from you!! We are being asked to identify how and to what extent student involvement in WSS provided meaningful learning experiences around eight different learning domains. To that end, we've developed a CampusLabs survey. We are specifically looking for your stories and examples.
THANK YOU. Your feedback will assist us in advocating for needs and building more initiatives to contribute to student learning in the future.
